Site Assessment
E2C’s extensive site assessment experience includes asset transfer due diligence, ASTM compliant Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs), and Phase II ESAs. Our approach to site assessments is to provide appropriate information relating to site specific regulatory standards and risk management to assist with management of future liability costs. The ideal goal is to demonstrate the site has no significant threat to public health and the environment through quality data collection, fate and transport modeling and exposure pathway evaluation. When feasible, this will result in significant cost savings when expensive corrective actions can be reduced or eliminated.
